2. Services
ScrappyLabs provides AI-powered tools including text-to-speech, voice cloning, language models, productivity integrations, and hardware interfaces. Services may change, improve, or be discontinued at any time.
3. Accounts
- You may sign in using Google OAuth or create a ScrappyLabs account.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use our services.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for illegal purposes
- Generate content that impersonates real people without their consent
- Attempt to circumvent usage limits or access controls
- Reverse-engineer or scrape our services
- Use our services to spam, harass, or distribute malware
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using our services. By submitting content for processing, you grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your inputs or outputs.
6. Google Workspace Integration
If you authorize access to Google Workspace services, we access your data solely to perform the actions you request. We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings.
7. API Usage
If you access our APIs, you agree to respect rate limits and usage quotas. We may suspend access for abusive usage patterns.
8. Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any outputs before relying on them.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScrappyLabs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
