SMS Terms & Consent

These terms describe the SMS text-messaging program operated by ScrappyLabs, a d/b/a (assumed business name) of Loser.com LLC ("ScrappyLabs", "we", "us", "our"). By opting in you agree to these terms. They are part of, and should be read together with, our Privacy Policy.
Program description
ScrappyLabs sends transactional service and account notifications to its own clients — for example project and deployment status updates, build-ready alerts, appointment and callback confirmations, and account notices the client requested. This is not a marketing or promotional program; we do not send marketing texts through it.
How you consent (opt in)
You are added to the program only after you have explicitly opted in, in one of these ways:
- Verbally during an onboarding phone call. Before enabling texts, a representative reads a disclosure and obtains your consent; onboarding calls are recorded. The disclosure states, verbatim: "This is ScrappyLabs, the d/b/a of Loser.com LLC. If you say yes, you will get texts from ScrappyLabs (Loser.com LLC) about your projects and account: status and deployment updates, build-ready alerts, and appointment or callback confirmations. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP any time to opt out, or HELP for help. We do not share or sell your mobile information with anyone. Would you like to receive texts?"
- By agreeing to receive service notifications when you engage ScrappyLabs and provide your mobile number.
We never use purchased or third-party contact lists. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Message frequency & cost
Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply — these are charged by your mobile carrier, not by ScrappyLabs.
Opting out & getting help
- Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts.
- Reply START to opt back in.
- Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].
We do not share or sell your mobile information
No mobile information is shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on how we handle your data.
Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
